All materials, content, methodologies, and intellectual property developed or provided by Haven HR during the course of our engagement remain the property of Haven HR unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven HR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haven HR, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland.
